Can I combine orders of different Items and save money on shipping?
Yes you certainly can. If there is any discount by buying more than one item and packing together to save shipping
this is what you do:
1. Place your multiple order but DO NOT GO THROUGH CHECKOUT.....then after placing your order..
2. email me at: firstname.lastname@example.org.
1. Combine the items ordered and re-calculate shipping to your zip code.
2. Issue you a separate paypal invoice for payment.
During this transaction period, I will place your chosen items on HOLD (up to 24 hours) to prevent any duplicate orders & allow you enough time to complete the transaction.
3. I will e mail you and tell you when the invoice is issued and payment is received. Payment for items ON HOLD for this type of transaction is expected within 24 hrs.
If after the 24 hour hold period, payment is NOT received, I will sadly cancel the invoice, and put your item(s) back in stock due to NO SALE.
OR: e mail me first & let me know what you are interested in. If I can adjust shipping charges so you can proceed through checkout, I will.

What type of shipping method do you use?
My store is set up to allow the buyer to select his preferred method of shipping. However, for US buyers, I usually use MEDIA RATE for 1# or more shipping for printed material (UNLESS PRIORITY is specifically selected), but you will have to e mail me BEFORE purchase to allow me to re-calculate the shipping costs & issue a paypal invoice for this to be reflected in a reduced shipping & handling charge. Please allow enough time to receive your merchandise. I do reserve the right to ship the most economical method if there is any issue with shipping.
Can I purchase insurance on your products?
Yes, you can purchase insurance and your package will ship by insured mail IF you do. However, IF YOU WANT INSURANCE, YOU MUST CONTACT ME BEFORE PURCHASING THE ITEM, so the shipping costs can be adjusted to reflect the amount of insurance you wish to purchase. Otherwise, your package will ship uninsured.

When placing an order on eCrater, you will receive a feedback link at the time of the sale. After 20 days if feedback has not been left for the seller, Ecrater sends a reminder to the buyer with another link, which gives you another opportunity to leave positive feedback.

What does Vintage Touch mean?
Vintage Touch is the name I have chosen for my antique business and I like to add my signature name 'Vintage Touch' to my listings to identify myself. By putting 'Vintage Touch' on the heading of each listing, you can find my products at the eCrater.com marketplace by typing in Vintage Touch in the main search engine.
How can I view all your products without going through categories?
You can view all products in gallery form. Once you click on an individual photo, you will see a gallery of other products for sale....to the right of this gallery there is a tab "view all products"....just click on this tab and you can view all my products. Thank you for browsing.

Will you ship to a different address other than mine?
Yes I will - IF THE 'SHIP TO' ADDRESS IS IN THE SAME TIME ZONE. I cannot pay additional shipping cost for an item that is calculated using your zip code, and then ship to another zip code in another zone, unless the shipping cost is the same. Please check the shipping cost on the item page, using your zip code & the 'ship to' zip code to verify that the cost is the same before purchasing.
NOTE ON VINTAGE & ANTIQUE ITEMS:
Be aware when purchasing VINTAGE OR ANTIQUE items that most will arrive in used condition, some will show wear & age. Other items I sell may even be more desirable because of their distressed state. If there are noticeable defects I do my best to declare them under CONDITION, but on a rare occasion some minor defects may escape my notice or seem irrelevant to the over all beauty of the item. I may find the 'wear and tear' charming and distinctive where others may have a different description for the item. It is all in the eye and what you are wanting.
Because of this my pieces are SOLD-AS-IS.
